The McMillan Consulting Help Desk is staffed 24 hours a day by our remote support technicians.
All reported problems are entered into our Help Desk system to ensure no problem gets lost and remains unresolved. Callers are given an item number for reference and troubleshooting begins immediately. The issue is recorded and the user is scheduled with a technical resource to resolve the problem.
Using the latest in remote access software a McMillan technician can in most cases remotely see what the user reporting the issue is seeing in real time. McMillan can then troubleshoot and resolve the issue at the workstation or server level as appropriate.
